) So I'll be around when I can but I've been having hour or two outages every day, sometimes twice. Turns out the equipment problem wasn't my modem but the cable company's node. This means I have to start the whole tech support process all over before they'll send someone out to fix it, though hopefully will have something resolved by the end of the week.
